At 5th Avenue Schools we firmly believe in the importance of compliance with the rules that regulate educational activity, within the framework contemplated by our fundamental law that enshrines the right of all to education and the recognition of freedom of education.

At present, the educational inspection services of the Department of Educational Development and Vocational Training of the Andalusian Regional Government are in charge of supervising and exercising control over the first cycle nursery schools, their organization, the development of activities and their operation.

All our nursery schools have the corresponding administrative authorization of opening and operation coming from the Junta de Andalucía after having fulfilled all the applicable legal dispositions and having passed the corresponding inspections of both the Andalusian Public Agency of Education and the referred service of Inspection of Education.

Likewise, all our centers also have the corresponding opening and activity licenses for the buildings where the nursery schools are located, granted by the competent municipal services.

Being one of the fundamental objectives of 5th Avenue Schools to promote and encourage early schooling of all children, aware of the importance of this educational stage, our two schools have an agreement with the Junta de Andalucía, participating in the "Program to help families to promote schooling in the first cycle of early childhood education in Andalusia". Based on this, the families of our students enjoy subsidies in the payment of the expenses corresponding to the schooling, and this subsidy can reach 100% of the amount.

At 5th Avenue Schools we are aware that a highly demanding model of organization and management of nursery schools requires mechanisms to control and guarantee compliance with the highest standards, which is one of the fundamental objectives of our educational model.

For this reason, the implementation of a quality management system, since our beginnings, was conceived as an essential tool for the achievement of these objectives.

In addition to the procedures and instructions designed for these purposes, 5th Avenue Schools has, in turn, the following:

- Occupational Risk Prevention Management Systems for its centers.

- Systems for the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of the Digital Rights of students, families, employees and other collaborators.

- School Self-Protection Plans.

- Procedures in case of child accidents.

- First aid procedures.

- Rules of action in case of security risks.

- Procedures in the event of cessation or interruption of supplies.

- Control plans and maintenance of facilities.

- As well as other protocols required by common legislation.
